Tracking Reward Orders

What the Orders Page Shows

Reward Orders shows each reward redemption tied to your account. Each row includes an order code, reward box, points spent, order status, placed date, and updated date.

Order Statuses

  • Pending: The redemption has been created and is waiting for fulfillment.
  • Processing: The reward is being prepared.
  • Shipped: The reward has moved into shipment or delivery handling.
  • Delivered: The order has been completed.
  • Canceled: The reward order was canceled.

Before You Redeem

Rewards require an active subscription state, enough points, and a saved shipping address when the reward needs shipping. If the redemption button is disabled, the Rewards page will usually show whether you need more points, an upgrade, or an address.

Points Are Deducted on Redemption

When a redemption succeeds, the required points are deducted and a reward order is queued. Check Orders for status instead of redeeming the same item again.
